Normally called Javasche Bank, this branch office was designed by Hulswit, Fermont and Ed Cuipers in neo-classical style. A group of juveniles once used this building to kidnap Prime Minister Syahrir in the post-independence revolution.

Kantor Pertani
_____________________________________________________________________
This was built in 1908 as a residence for an aristocratic Chinese man who had a close relationship with the royal family. Once batik traders of Laweyan used it for their business. In 1978, PT. Pertani, a private business that dealt with office administration, started using it as their office. It has similar architectural details to those of Gedung Veteran, Loji Gandrung, and the former office of the DPU (Ministry of Public Works).
