Originally this building was used as a residence, but since 1938, it has been used as a regional office of the Departement of Religion and The State Religion Court. It has Dutch-Arabic architecture.

The Arabic style on this building is seen from its dome with glass ornaments and the Arabic calligraphy . It is located on Slamet Riyadi Street, Surakarta.
